The Timber Garage is made from very solid 45 mm (1 ¾ inches) double tongue & groove wall boarding and can be delivered and installed throughout mainland Britain.
Measurements - External: 380 cm (12 ft 5 ½ in) wide by 516 cm (16 ft 11 in) long
Internal: 351 cm (11 ft 6 in) wide by 507 cm (16 ft 7 ½ in) long
Height: Peak 254 cm (8 ft 4 in), Eaves 208 cm (6 ft 10 in)
The garage doors are one pair of side hung doors - 240 cm (7 ft 10 ½ in) wide by 183 cm (6 ft) high with sliding dead bolt locks (top and bottom - rear of door).
There is also a side access door - 90 cm (2 ft 11 ½ in) by 185 cm (6 ft) - with window, handle and lock.
Included are 2 two way opening windows with toughened safety glass - 80 cm (2 ft 7 ½ in) by 88 cm (2 ft 10 ½ ft).
You will need to provide a flat, level and square concrete base. Three Counties has a prepared a plan detailing the base requirements, contact us if you'd like us to forward the details to you.
The Timber Garage is then built by professionally trained installers onto your pre-prepared concrete base.
