The facilities are excellent and the studio is run by Reinhard Michaels an experienced Pilates teacher with an athletic and dance background.
The classes are aimed to suit individual needs, there are mat and equipment classes, classes for two or three people or one to one teaching is an option, please contact the studio to make an arrangment for individual classes.
