The pilates studio is situated in a beautiful Victorian villa in West London's elegant Holland Park district. A large airy and spacious studio with a terrace and peaceful garden space makes for tranquility and relaxation. 
Run by Reinhard Michaels a master Pilates trainer with an athletic and dance background.
The pilates classes are aimed to suit individual needs, there are mat and equipment classes, pilates classes for two or three people or one to one teaching is an option, please contact the studio to make an arrangement for individual classes.

The Practice has developed and administers pre and post-operative rehabilitation programmes for clients with conditions such as shoulder, hip, knee and spinal problems.
The Practice boasts modern reception area, spacious treatment rooms, changing shower area and a fully equipped Pilates studio. The studio was set up by Tony Kosoko, - BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy -  highly experienced from working in several London hospitals and as physiotherapist to the Ballet Rambert and Merce Cunningham dance groups.
