With over 2 decades experience Didier Avignon started his original business in 1989 in Shoreditch London EC1, working with architects on most of the building developments in EC1 and the City of London.

After a few years he was joined by his friend Marc Ballam and they moved to Cross Street, Islington, London N1, to open a new showroom and workshop still principally working for architects and designers on all types of architectural projects ranging form shop interiors, bars, hotels, private developments as well as taking commissions for art installations and making one off pieces for sale in the shop. Now the business is run from the Specialist Glasswork.com workshop/studio in Stoke Newington Church Street, in North London - in a period mews surrounded by various artists, as for us we are still doing what we do best  - Glass Decoration in all its aspect - no change there …
