DECORATUM holds perhaps the biggest retail collection of 20th Century Vintage designer furniture and lighting in Europe. All pieces are originals (no reproductions) and cover the exciting mid century design decades from the 1940s to the 1980s.
The enormous gallery measures five thousand square feet and comprises ten separate rooms with sixteen different room settings. Within this vast arena, customers can view the pieces in various room settings and are able to experience the fabulous mix of furniture and decorative pieces that make up the unique DECORATUM style.
The gallery also stocks an exciting collection of unusual works of art. Included are excellent examples of original Photography and a selected range of off-beat antiques that, although sourced from different eras, all reflect DECORATUM’s particular interests in design and their unique style of humour!

Jessica Padt's workshop is in the heart of the renowned Jordaan area of Amsterdam. Famous as an area for artisans and artists, Jessica's charming workshop also doubles as a shopfront. Her work has been featured in Elle Decoration, Résidence and Cosmopolitan she specializes in restoring and reupholstering mid century design chairs, couches and sofa’s. Her specialty is 1960s and 1970s designer pieces, particularly vintage pieces by Artifort, a Dutch furniture company but if you've found a treasure that needs some work - this is the place to come.
As well as re-upholstering vintage and retro furniture for her clients she is also absorbed by her own work - she sources interesting furniture pieces are then renovated and sold in the shop, the items are all one off pieces so there's always something new on show...come and see!

Vintage Home offers an excellent range of high-end mid century unique designer furniture pieces and decorative interior accessories from the 1930's through to the 1980's, including seating, lighting, tables, sideboards and much more from European and American designers such as Borsani, Eames or Wegner, a Cees Braakman for Pastoe sideboard and a Joe Colombo chair.
