Pilates is a form of excercise for everyone with the aim of strengthening and re-aligning the body. The Holland Park Pilates studio is beautifully located on a magnificent Victorian villa in London's Holland Park. The studio is both tranquil and spacious with excellent facilities. Expert Reinhard Michaels teaches Pilates to clients of all ages. Classes are designed to suit individual requirements - mat and equipment classes, semi private classes or one to one tutoring. The Practice is a concept centre, developed to offer the highest standards in physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports massage and Pilates based rehabilitation programmes.
Our particular interest lies in identifying the causative factors behind low back, neck and sports injuries.
The Practice has developed and administers pre and post-operative rehabilitation programmes for clients with conditions such as shoulder, hip, knee and spinal problems.
The Practice boasts modern reception area, spacious treatment rooms, changing shower area and a fully equipped Pilates studio. Founder/director Tony Kosoko, BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy has worked in several London NHS teaching hospitals. A former professional dancer, Taekwondo black belt and Certified Pilates instructor Tony has also worked as physiotherapist to the Rambert and Merce Cunningham Dance companies.
