French Upholstery is an upholstery and re-upholstery business run by Benoit Lemaire - French born, he has a passion for traditional methods of upholstering furniture. Training in Paris as an apprentice for three years with the renowned Lamour et Cie.

His apprenticeship specialised in perfecting the traditional techniques of upholstery working with priceless antique furniture and exquisite custom made fabrics.

He has a genuine respect for his craft and his upholstery workshop in East London offers the restoration and re-upholstery of traditional, antique furniture, mid century modern design furniture and contemporary styling.
