Daylesford’s organic delicatessen in Notting Hill offers a wonderful range of cafe style dishes as well as a full selection of organic food produce on sale in their store. Springing from the heart of the Costwolds, Dalesford Organic are dedicated to producing wholesome organic foods including meat, vegetables, fruits and dairy produce including traditionally hand made cheeses from the organic creamery.
They specialise in growing selected varieties of vegetables using only natural methods to ensure crops remain pest free. The wide selection of fresh vegetables include the extremely popular heritage potatoes and tomatoes. The yearly crop of tomatoes provides ingredients for the Daylesford fresh tomato sauce for use with pasta, tomato soup, pickle, chutney and jam.
There are seasonal delights from the kitchen garden including winter parsnips and pumpkins and summmer raspberries and gooseberries.
