At Mynerva, we are passionate about natural, ethically-sourced, sustainable clothing for our children. Our clothing is made from ultra soft merino wool and our vests and long johns are made from pure virgin wool. All our woollen garments are non–scratch, naturally soft and free of synthetic dyes or chemicals, making our clothes perfect for nestling next to baby’s and children’s sensitive skins.
At Mynerva, we celebrate wool as the perfect fabric to clothe our children in a natural, healthy yet sustainable way. Wool, unlike cotton, is intrinsic to the UK and Northern Europe, and keeps our children naturally warm and cosy. Sheep are ancient creatures that have a low impact on the land and live in harmony with their environment. We like that!
Our Children’s clothing Range: Our collection is from the renowned Disana label, specialists in natural organic merino wool for children. We have wonderful woollen jumpers, jackets and cardigans in a range of colours for little boys and little girls. We have beautiful felted A-line wool dresses, knitted and felted romper trousers, felted wool hats and gloves. For babies, we have baby bonnets in merino wool, woollen booties and wool baby mittens.
Our kids woollen vests and long johns range: Our wool vests are made from 100% organic virgin lamb's wool so they feel very soft next to the skin. This means kids can benefit from the natural warming quality of wool. We use a special spinning and weaving technique so that the fabric does not shrink or stretch. Simply wash on a wool cycle with non-bio detergent.
Felted Slippers: We have a range of Haflinger 100% Felted Wool Slippers for babies and children, which are very cute as well as practical.
Organic knitted nappies: We have natural re-usable organic nappies with a merino wool knitted overpants. We proudly call this the greenest nappy on the planet. Full instructions for use available on our website.
